REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
Customers must purchase goods from www.atlaschrono.com.
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return merchandise for a refund or exchange.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition at the time of sale, including the box and all accompanying components.
Credit Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.
Return Authorization
To request a return, please provide:
- Order number
- Returned product(s)
- Quantity
- Reason(s) for return
We recommend that customers keep a record of their order number and shipment tracking code for reference.
Refund Processing
Please note that refunds processed via PayPal may take up to 7 business days.
Return Shipping
Include a copy of the original invoice or detailed documentation with your return. The package must contain:
- Full name
- Address
- Contact number
- Contact email
- Order number
- Returned item(s) and quantity
- Reason(s) for return
Returns & Repairs (European Customers)
For customers located within Europe, the returned product must be in a "saleable" condition to be eligible for a refund (as determined by the return department of www.atlaschrono.com.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We strongly recommend insuring your package to prevent loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Once www.atlaschrono.com receives your return, the product will be inspected and processed. Depending on its condition, a refund will be issued.
www.atlaschrono.com reserves the right to approve or reject any return request.
