5. Packaging
All watches are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each watch is placed in its original box and further secured within a protective outer packaging.


6. Multiple Items in a Single Order
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


8. Delivery Acceptance
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery according to their policy.


9. Order Cancellation and Modifications
Orders are processed quickly. Therefore, cancellations or modifications can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
